This page explains how AlgoTraders ("we") handles personal data collected through this website, algotraders.ai. The site is operated by AlgoTraders Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 14607237, with registered office at 168 Wardour Street, London W1F 8ZX, United Kingdom. AlgoTraders Ltd is the data controller for the data described on this page. AlgoTraders also operates through a company registered in the United States. We keep this page short because we collect very little.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect is what you submit through the "Request a Call" form:

• Your name, company and work email address.
• The options you select about your setup (starting point, modules, asset classes, deployment, region) and any notes you write.
• Your preferred call times and time zone.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers also process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs, as virtually every website's infrastructure does.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your request: to prepare a tailored answer, arrange the call you asked for, and put you in touch with the right person. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Where it goes

• Form submissions are transmitted securely to our internal systems, which run on Google Cloud (acting as our processor), and reach our team through our internal messaging tools.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not add you to marketing lists; you hear from us only about the enquiry you made.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. All media, including the background video on the home page, is served from this site directly; no third-party content is embedded. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the standard data of any web request (such as your IP address) but sets no cookies; see Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain ordinary business records, and delete it when it no longer serves that purpose.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to our processing. Email info@algotraders.ai and we will action it. You can also complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
